Here’s how I can help you
Practical Homeopathy
This field evolved out of classical homeopathy that developed 200 years ago by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann in Germany. Practical Homeopathy© was developed by the renowned American homeopath Joette Calabrese. The modality is based on protocols, or standardized remedies, developed by the Banerji Clinic in Calcutta, India. The clinic has been operated by a family of homeopathic physicians for 150 years, its remedies tested over time on large populations, allowing for standardized solutions unparalleled in classical homeopathic practice. Homeopathic remedies work gently and safely, and without side effects, to encourage the body to stimulate its innate ability to heal. They can be used alongside conventional pharmaceuticals as they do not interfere.
Nutritional Therapy
A functional nutritional therapy practitioner (FNTP) helps clients learn how to balance their body chemistry by addressing the five critical nutritional foundation -- digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acid and mineral balance, and proper hydration. Key to this process is adopting a properly prepared nutrient diet while using targeted supplements when called for. By supporting each of these foundations and helping clients adopt a more nutrient-dense diet, the body's chemistry can be brought back into natural balance, setting the stage for optimal health.
Circadian Biology
This wellbeing modality is based on the knowledge that our bodies, organs, hormones and cells respond to light and darkness, and are programmed to follow a 24-hour cycle, mirroring the sun rising and setting. A disruption in circadian rhythm happens when we’re exposed too much unnatural blue light at night or not enough quality natural light during the day. There are strategies that can be factored easily into our busy lives to bring our circadian health into balance. This can immediately benefit sleep and hormone health, and can help with weight loss and inflammation. Studies show that many chronic diseases, including heart disease and cancer, can be linked to circadian rhythms being out of balance.
Energy & Muscle Testing
A non-invasive assessment technique for quickly identifying food intolerances, nutritional, vitamin and mineral deficits, as well as determining custom diet and lifestyle recommendations. Long before physical symptoms of illness emerge, disturbances can be detected in a person’s energy field and muscles. A healthy body produces a large, balanced energy field. One that’s less healthy, with a reduced ability to heal, will be smaller and possibly lack balance.
Hypnosis
Hypnosis can be a powerful technique for dismantling the barriers in the mind that inhibit positive lifestyle changes such as an inability to stop smoking or give up fast foods. Through hypnosis, a state of highly focused attention is accessed. In a hypnotic state you’ll always be in control and can bring yourself out of it at will. When called for, hypnosis can be a valuable tool in helping overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
